The easiest way to city of Kragujevac is from “Nikola Tesla” airport (code: BEG) in Belgrade (Surčin). The “Nikola Tesla” airport in Surčin is located 18 km from Belgrade and about 160 km from the city of Kragujevac. Flight information can be obtained by telephone, at +381 11 20 94 444 or through the https://beg.aero/eng/airlines. From “Nikola Tesla” airport to Kragujevac a combination of taxi/public transport to Belgrade main bus station and intercity bus from Belgrade to Kragujevac must be used.

To get to the Belgrade main bus station which is located at Novi Beograd (Block 42 area) (“Beogradska autobuska stanica, BAS”) you can also use a taxi (Voucher System) which goes as follows:

Belgrade Airport uses a fixed-price taxi voucher system to prevent overcharging.

1. After collecting your luggage, go to the Taxi Info Desk located in the arrivals hall (right after customs).
2. Tell the staff your destination (e.g. “Beogradska autobuska stanica, BAS”).
3. You will receive a taxi voucher with a fixed price, depending on the zone.
   • Zone 1 (city center): Approx. 3,000 RSD (~25–27 EUR).
4. Take the voucher and go to the official taxi line outside the terminal.
5. Hand the voucher to the taxi driver before the ride starts.
6. Do not negotiate the price—the voucher guarantees the fare.

Only use taxis with the voucher! Avoid drivers who approach you inside the terminal.

Or you can use Belgrade public transport with the bus line number 600:

1. Board at: Aerodrom Nikola Tesla /dolasci/
2. Get off at: Beogradska autopuska stanica (ulaz) code number of a station stop: #2672, in cirilic: Београдска аутобуска станица (улаз); which is a 7^th stop after airport, runs about every 30 minutes, it’s about 30–45 minutes to BAS depending on traffic and its free of charge.

From Belgrade main bus station to Kragujevac you can use intercity bus. Bus information can be obtained at https://www.bas.rs/sr. You can buy a bus ticket at the bus station terminal. To Kragujevac there are buses every 30 minutes to 1 hour, with the ticked prize around 15 EUR. Travel time is about 2 hours.

Currency: Serbian dinar (RSD). Exchange offices and ATMs are available at the airport.
